Bush Projects was brought on board to support a leading caterer in executing their largest event to date: a 320-guest seated dinner and awards ceremony.

Recognizing the operational scale, we took over the on-site management of the food service staff and the delivery mechanics for the evening. Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams, we structured the service flow to ensure seamless timing, precise execution, and consistent hospitality standards throughout the high-volume awards night.
