H&M Glenn Martens Collaboration Party - Skinners Hall - November 2025
A high-society 'house party' at Skinners’ Hall to celebrate the Glenn Martens collaboration with H&M. The evening began with an intimate seated dinner for select guests before the venue transitioned into a large-scale celebration for over 500 people.
Acting as the lead catering producer on behalf of Cellar Society, I managed the end-to-end delivery of the food and beverage service. This included the execution of a bespoke three-course menu, curated bars, and a complex jelly feasting table featuring custom-sculpted pigeons.
The project required precise logistical planning to manage the transition from a formal dinner to a high-volume party environment while maintaining a consistent level of service.
