Hermes Maison 166 Launch Party at The Hurlingham Club - June 2026

Following a series of events in central London at the new Maison 166 on Bond Street, Hermès invited guests to The Hurlingham Club to experience a world of art, music, and food. Guests enjoyed five individual pop-up restaurants inspired by British themes: The Weather, The Beach, Cricket, The Horse & Carrot Pub, and The Greenhouse. Each site featured live performances and curated acts tailored specifically to its theme.

Working within the catering team at Cellar Society, Bush Projects led the operations and logistics required to deliver the infrastructure for all five pop-up restaurants. Responsibilities covered the entire project lifecycle, from developing tablescape mood boards that aligned with the design vision, to producing technical drawings and layouts to ensure bespoke front-of-house kitchens and bars integrated seamlessly on-site.

The role involved managing fast-paced procurement and logistics: sourcing operational equipment from multiple suppliers on compressed timelines, tracking all orders through production, and managing details from tastings and custom samples to branded elements. On-site delivery required coordinating the logistics and scheduling for over 75 equipment trucks, followed by full on-the-day operational management across all five restaurant spaces.

The concepts were designed and produced by Studio Boum alongside the Hermès creative team and built by MADE workshop. All events were catered by Cellar Society.
