HBO Max UK Launch Party, Queen Elizabeth Hall, Southbank - March 2026
Jelly shots, feasting tables, martinis, and bagels. Bush Projects joined the INCA Productions team to lead on all Food & Beverage elements for the HBO Max UK Launch Party.
Our role involved procuring and negotiating with caterers, sourcing external brands for partnership activations, and designing the service flow to ensure a natural guest experience. We also managed the sourcing and logistics of furniture and props to complement the overall creative.
Guests enjoyed a curated menu and themed cocktails, including a four-meter 'house party' style feasting table, martinis by the legendary Peter Dorelli, and a dedicated salt beef bagel cart from Brick Lane’s iconic Beigel Shop. The evening concluded with a 1.5-meter wide branded tiramisu.
